Deep beneath the roots of Yggdrasil lives the dragon Níðhöggr, whose name means Curse-Striker. In the old stories he’s feared as the one who gnaws at roots and devours what is rotten, but he also carries another power. The clearing away of poison, consuming what festers in the dark.
Our Hex Breaker candle is created in his spirit. When you light it, you’re calling on Níðhöggr to take what clings with malice and strip it away. Picture the flame reaching down into the deep earth, stirring the dragon awake. His hunger seeks out the venom, the envy, the curse at its root and devours it.
