Q: What is the best way to use your candles?

A: Our products are ready to use out of the box, however, candles should always be set on a fireproof, flat surface, with wicks trimmed before each use and snuffed out after use to enjoy longevity.

Pro Tip: To trim wicks by hand, before each use, with a completely cool wick, pinch the burnt end of the wick and break off, disposing of the burnt end. You can also use our ritual tool set to achieve the perfect care for our candlelight, this will help preserve the longevity of your candle.

 

 

Q: What type of ingredients do you use?

A: All candles are handcrafted with crackling wood-wicks, phthalate free scent moods using a mixture of fragrance, and essential oils, and natural coconut blended wax, fortified with the smallest percentage of soy possible. It is 100% vegan, and has longevity when it burns. 

 

 

Q:How long will it take to receive my order?

A: At ODC we hand-pour, pack, label, and handcraft each item we send out. It is our goal to have our products in your hands as quick as possible, but you should expect 7-15 business days for orders to processed and ship. We ship using usps priority— and as the holiday’s approach we will be scheduling shipping every Friday! 

*Pre-orders: Usually takes 3-4 weeks to start shipping our presale offerings. Please see individual listing for approximate ship date, or email with your question.

**Sale orders ship after the sale has ended.

***Bi-monthly Realm boxes ship on the 20th, currently we are shipping Oct, Dec, Feb, Apr, Jun, Aug. 

 

 

Q: What if the candle I want is out of stock?

A: We offer small batch of new, and returning offerings as they release. This being said, our items do sell out. If you see something you like, it might not be available on your next visit. Some offerings will return periodically and some will not. Vessels are subject to change due to supply chains— as we do our best to bring you the best high quality goods. As well, we carry specialty boxes with unique offerings, including candles, and goodies— to find more follow us on social and/ sign up for the newsletter. 

 

 

Q: Do you have hours of operation?

A: Our hours of operation are 9am-5pm est, Monday through Friday. If you have a concern about your order please fill out the contact form, and do not message on socials. Thank you kindly, please understand we do this to offer you the best in customer service. 

 

 

Q: I don’t have a shop near me that sells your products. How can I buy?

A: We love when customers visit our stockists/ shops and experience buying our candles in person! However, if you do not have a shop nearby that carriers ODC products, you can shop directly from our website and have our products shipped directly to you. We ship worldwide for a flat rate. 

 

 

Q: Do you offer anything besides candles?

A: We take great care to make every moment special, for us this starts with a quality candle. Great attention to detail is applied to make sure no matter what offering you choose from ODC, it's one of a kind. From our hand-poured candlelight, travel tins, cleansing mists, bath soaks, wax melts, seasonal offerings, and limited editions we aim to make your home, and sacred spaces glow and your heart feel full.

 

 

Q:How do I join The Society of 999?

A: The Society of 999 is our affiliate program that is so much more than a typical affiliate program. We want to create a close knit group of individuals from all walks of life that are rewarded for being part of the ODC family. This means discounts, rewards, and special offerings. Q: How do I plant a tree with my order?

A: Through our Yggdrasil Project we plant trees in forests around the world from every order placed that contributes to us planting 100 trees a year with our partners, One Tree Planted. You as the customer get to participate by simply placing an order and we will take care of the rest! Over the years we’ve planted 2,000+ trees.
